We offer a simple and flexible service (you choose the services that interest you)
The mere custody of the keys ............................................. ............................. 29 € / year
This does not imply any particular task of the guardian, if only to keep the keys handed to him by the owner, for all practical purposes (emergencies, disasters, and so on. ...).
The monthly basis from October to March .......................................... ........ 31 € / year
In addition to the custody of the keys, the guardian agrees to visit the home of the owner at least once a month, from October to mats included to control the closures (shutters, doors, windows), to see whether weather or other problems, have not damaged the property of the owner.
